Long but good week - drove Florida-Memphis-Michigan-Indianapolis-Michigan. Indianapolis was a fun corporate event, a reception with a circus theme. Basically, after a long day of conventioneering, the various companies showcasing their products put on receptions in the hotel ballrooms, sort of competing for guests, to see who has the coolest/most

Huh! I realize I don't know you much, but my image of you so far has been of a writer traveling in foreign countries writing things. Now ... putting on a circus-themed reception at a corporate event? Context shift!

She does both! IIRC, we should be seeing more circus for a bit, and then she'll go back to primarily writing for a bit.

That's a great photo, Whipchick -- it looks lovely. I like the little tutus (or are they bigger dresses at more of a distance? I can't tell) -- it's cute, and adds even more color. :)
