New Pics a Birth Story and some Thank yous

My arms have much improved after a consult with the doc and a change of meds for post partum pain, but the CT is still around and rears its ugly head like today. Plus I'm scared of the improvement so I'm taking it easy which means I wont be up to full chattyness until a few days of serious arm and hand rest. Unlike what I'm doing now. >_
