I ran from my apartment to Matt's work. Four miles. And I swear, at least a mile of it was uphill, and still, I'm bothered that it took me 48 minutes. I wish I hadn't needed to pee the whole way. I can do so much better.

I think I'll ride with him to work tomorrow morning at 7:00 and then run home.
