I talk about music alot. It floats out of my car windows, it fills my room, it flows through my ears for hours and hours a day. It litters my Twitter, covers my LJ, slides into my FB statuses. It's a daily staple in my life, but I guess it's also more than that, it's more like a necesssity, up there with things like, you know, breathing and water. ( Read more... )

I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely loved reading that. You hit the nail on the head in so many ways.

If you don't mind me asking, why aren't you in the music industry anymore?

Thank you!Sometimes I feel like I talk about music too much, I post lyrics all the time on Twitter and FB and I feel like it might get annoying but I can't help it, it's such a big part of my life. I have a serious love affair with music ( ... )

You can never post too much about music. Not for me at least. I totally feel the same way only you're able to express it much more eloquently in words :)

That is horrible about why you left the industry. It makes sense given how cut throat it is but it's sad you had to give up something you loved for reasons like that. I think you made the right choice though. It would have been even worse to let other people ruin completely something that you love so much.

Ah, words, I've got a little special place in my heart for words (obviously). Thank you for thinking it's something I'm good at ;)

Yea, the music industry is definitely an interesting place to work. I had tons of amazing experiences though and I'm glad I got to give it a shot, a lot of people don't get that but at the end of the day, the things I was set to lose was just too great of a price.
