I'm not familiar with Enterprise, but I loved this anyway. The sense that all the logic is only barely masking so much pain is so lovely and perfect for a Vulcan character.

but she had been young, and foreign things had still smelled strange and looked wrong then. I loved this line.

I love how you handle the delicate balance between logic and emotional control and real deep grief. This is a fascinating idea, and very well done.

Thanks. I always sort of thought T'Pol really struggled with that balance despite that she always tried so hard to be controlled, so I'm glad that came through as a part of her story here.

:D Thanks! There was a lot about Enterprise to not appreciate, but the Trip/T'Pol arc and also the good lord could they be any closer to slash on my screen with Reed and the marine dude (Major Hayes), those I liked.

I'm not a fan of Enterprise in general, but this was an amazing look into T'Pol, and I heartily approve the Trip-Kirk connection.
