ipod/Ron Rifkin being sexy/work

I have a question for anyone who's familiar with the like...secret thing behind iPods.. The video one used to have a much shorter battery life than the nano, basically like 16 hours compared to 24. Now, the nano has 24 and the video iPod has 40. Is there like, a catch? Or is it really just that awesome? Like, $50 for twice as much battery life and ( Read more... )

Yeah, exactly. It's 80 GB compared to 8 GB, and while I don't really need more than 8 GB, I wouldn't mind paying $50 for unlimited space and the opportunity to put like, my entire video library on there, you know? I just hope there's not some secret failure thing this time around to explain the perfect battery life for only a little more money.

Yeah, that's definitely a good point. And the nanos are slightly pointless for video since they're only like two inches wide. At least the video one is a little bigger so you can actually see people's eyes and stuff in the stuff you watch. :D

Actually, we don't even have that sign on ours...we have the other pound sign, the one that usually just means 'number' (#) but not the englandy one. Do you have the dollar sign on yours?

My BF bought a video iPod when we were in the US (SO much cheaper you lucky bastards) and he adores it. Go for the big one! (that sounds quite dirty ...)
