The Next Phase

So, oneandonlymatt and I went apartment hunting yesterday. Since our house is nearly sold, the next part of our master plan is to move into a smaller place with less general house maintenance. We are pretty confident that the closing will happen as scheduled. The inspection is on Tuesday and we should know then for sure, and I can't imagine what would cause

We figured if we were going to change our lifestyle, we should go big! We've never lived in a high rise apartment before, so lets try it for a year and if we like it we can stay. If we don't we can find somewhere else.
