I actually quit reading Homestuck when the trolls turned into regular characters because jesus, how much more annoying can you get? NOT MUCH. Any other person might feel bad saying this, but I was never slated to be a role model. I hate pretty much all of this idea, because it's annoying. If you want to type the way your troll does, then do it, but it will irritate me every time I see a post with it in the text field.

Just sayin'.

Yeah, no, this is not a thing you should feel bad for saying! I do not think I'd want to play in a game where the mods couldn't speak to their players directly about their preferences, especially when it's something easy like this.

So yeah! I will keep the quirky text off of your posts and probably just include an ooc note reminding you that IC he types like a tool so your characters can tell him so if they choose to. And if you ever want to threadjack him or something, just let me know and I'm totally okay with switching over to normal writing. The text helps me make sure it looks similar to how he writes in canon, but it's just a prop, not a necessity.

Just a question. What do you think of things like this:

I don't mind the color and the font, as long as it's done in moderation. A couple of lines at a time is fine, but entire paragraphs is a bit too much for me to handle. I don't know Tavros' canon, so I'm not sure if he's the type to do walls of text, but if he does, would you please use normal type instead?
