Desks are rad, man. My advice would be to get one with a flat top rather than something with built in shelving. You'll appreciate the extra workspace, especially if you're throwing a computer and it's related devices up there.

Yes -- I want a flat top. I don't think I even need shelves, other than a small one directly above where my legs go. I, uh, guess I'll also be moving out of my parents place soon. I mean, maybe. I'm being really immature about it, actually.
