Oh. There's a "flood" going on. Strange things start happening to people. Right now, people seem to be seeing things they're afraid of.

I do not imagine so. The writings and postings of these people are always some shade of unusual, so I have not been paying it much mind. I did notice the announcement by the Admiral, however.

Uh, it seems to be metaphorical water. I've never seen any actual flooding around here, but you should be prepared for... odd things to go wrong when the Admiral makes an announcement like that.
