Amanda played one of her little games with my inmate back in January. She made him cut off his own leg and then claimed she saved him in her own special little way.

Between you and me, the whole thing that happened with Clapet and Amanda was one of the worst things I'd ever experienced on this ship. Normally I give most inmates the benefit of the doubt, but I can't stomach that woman or any of her crazy.

I'm not sure how much of this is in her file - Ariadne wouldn't let me read it but showed me some pictures of the traps she made back home - but she apparently creates traps primarily from found objects like alarm clocks, and I know she was exhibiting some borderline if not actual suicidal tendencies.

Ariadne and I went through her room while she was still here and didn't find anything particularly concerning in there. I don't think we ever figured out where she got the knife she used to kill Hoffman when he first got here, but it wouldn't be the first time she kept information from me, so. Maybe she did and just never bothered filling me in. [Bitter? Naw. What makes you think that? >>] The knife itself I handed off to K so he could try and figure out where it came from.

Sounds like everyone else's got you pretty filled in.

No. I was friendly with her last warden. I tried giving her a hand before they were officially assigned because Ariadne seemed really overwhelmed handling someone that violent.

I don't think anyone's close to Amanda.
