You are making the effort to make things right. You tried detox...even if you didn't stay clean this time, you are at least trying. That is more than a lot of people in your position would do. And you can recognize the problem, that is a good start.

It sounds to me like you want to make things right. I know people who have had trouble getting off drugs and alcohol, and it is a very hard thing to do. No a single one of them could go clean from the get go. It took them a while, and eventually they were able to go clean. If you are serious about it, I know you will be able to make it happen as well. I believe in you.

I'm very sorry to hear about your grandmother passing. I hope you are OK. My thoughts are with you.

I know you are a strong person and I know you can beat this. Being clean is a long hard road to walk on and sometimes it's tough to do it alone.
