Ken Hidaka has awoken. Like the others, he has no memories of what happened.

I'm compiling a list of known villains in the city who could have accomplished this. For starters, I believe we should look at those with the known ability to block or alter memories.

As it happened, Mamoru was sitting next to him when he began to rouse. He sat up in his chair, leaning forward as Ken began to come to, then reached for his mug of tea, holding it to his lips.

If he needed a sign of how out of it Ken still was, Mamoru would know for sure by the way he sipped at the tea, not even grimacing at the taste. A moment later, he leaned up a little and tried to drink it down as quickly as he could.

MMamoru slid his arm behind him to prop him up. He waited for Ken to drain the mug before he started with the questions, the first one being, "What do you remember?"

Saxon is a cover, he used it back in our Universe, apparently so he could become Prime Minister.
