But at least it happens! Today she's wearing a dress Buffy had given her-a lovely sundress. And even though it's been raining off and on today, it's the warm, welcoming kind that make wearing such an outfit easy and breezy. Fortunately she remembers what rain is today

Fireworks do exist. They're quite popular during times of celebration.

Exactly. If the people of Japan wanted to celebrate the day it came into existence, they might use fireworks.

That's wonderful! I think it's a good way to celebrate something so big; a simple present in a box wouldn't really do for a country, would it?
