Ms. Sayo, I assure you, the sky is completely intact. What you are experiencing is precipitation. Rain, to be specific.

It is a completely natural weather pattern.

[He can't help but feel bad for her, though. That panic in her tone is so genuine that even he can pick up on it.]

Rain is precipitation that has melted after it has fallen a certain distance from cloud level. It's liquid water, unlike other kinds of precipitation, like sleet, hail or snow.

[He pauses.] Do... do you know what clouds are, Ms. Sayo? If not, I would be happy to explain them to you.

Also, you might want to find somewhere drier to stay, though the rain is entirely harmless... do you need assistance, or are you alright where you are?

Something strikes him as very, very wrong about Sayo going around in a revealing top. Glancing about in a mad search for something a little more appropriate, he grabs a dress with a much more concealing neckline and adorable little cap sleeves. That is certainly not Sayo's size. No one said he was good at this.]
