[Rise and shine, Luceti! When you wake up, you may notice your journals have a few pages-worth of... notes? To the Japanese speakers out there, it's in older characters, but of course it'll translate to the English speakers as a garble of:]
sanji
restaurant
interesting hair color - talked about hair colors

Sayo actually beats him to the restaurant by a few minutes or so, as the chef has a crew to feed first. But he's quick to notice he's not the only one inside, and ah -- there she is. She hadn't been kidding about being an early riser]
Sayo-saaaan~! What a lovely morning it is~!

[She trails off a bit, looking at the sink. Between the spout and the fact that it's not wooden, she really can't help but wonder how the heck that thing works, if it's what she thinks it is.
Poor antiquated woman.]

[He follows her gaze to the sink, and -- oh.]
Recognize this? [He briefly turns the water on]
Reply
[But she's far too busy trying to figure out that this sink is up to.]
It's-is it like a pump? I didn't know there were wells under here...

Amazing... Water and electricity underground...
[She points to the light above them, beaming.]
I don't know how any of it works, but I'm amazed nonetheless; did Sanji-san have these in his world?
Reply
Some of these things, but not all. I'm more used to lamps and sunlight, but there are buildings with lights like these.
[He glances at her thoughtfully] Does everything seem new to you?
Reply
Well, I know...
[She picks up a wooden spoon. |D]
This~! And I know what some of the vegetables are, at least. But for every one thing I seem to understand, there are 20 I haven't the slightest idea about.
[A pause.]
Like the bed in my room! It's not on the ground at all...

You really are from Ginko's world. [he thinks back in amusement when Ginko was introduced to the beds]
I hope you haven't been falling off.

[Gray hairs indeed.]

Ginko speaks often of our world, I take it?

He's got a knack for storytelling, yeah. Especially if it concerns mushi.
Reply
I never even thought to ask him about the other things he's done! A mushishi must have so many different and interesting tales to tell; traveling around like he does, I can imagine he must see some truly amazing things...

That's not even beginning to list them all.

[She tilts her head to the side, thinking about her home. A bittersweet thing, loving something and not being able to sit among its wonders.]
It's so strange-last I can recall, it was the end of winter at home. And yet it's only just started here! I can't even begin to wrap my mind around how this place works...
Reply
[Should he consider that bad luck or not? He wonders. And he'd speak more on the subject of mushi, but memories make it hard for him to delve deeply without coming back burned]
Heh. I arrived here around this time last year. It's a little jarring at first, but the rhyme and reason of this place isn't so different. We survive watching out for each other.
