Hey there, well I'm guessing you'd likely already tried the ones on ff.net, hehe. I'd written a bit of FrUK, but it was in the context of a long story with many other pairings too.

Just remove the spaces up in that link. That or tumblr.

If you're looking for FrUK communities.. a lot of the fandom seems to be on Tumblr now (although I'm not, which makes it hard to keep up with the fandom ;__;). As for fics, I'm not sure which fics you've read before, but for recent ones you could try Shachaai's (http://shachaai.tumblr.com/tagged/Shacha-fic), Souslelys' (http://souslelys.tumblr.com/tagged/sous%20fics), or lumberjackbeards' (http://truest-sentence.tumblr.com/). They usually write drabbles but sometimes write long fics too. If you're looking for long fics and don't mind reading old ones, I'd recommend every fic by nuitdenovembre @LJ and fireblazie @LJ.
