I know I should respect my friends' and family members' lifestyle decisions, but it's getting harder and harder for me to condone them all eating meat. I sort of feel bad whenever I spam them with literature about factory farms and food-animal abuse because it makes me feel like some over-zealous preacher shoving religion down people's throats

What would you say to the circle of life argument? Where not eating meat would supposedly mess up the food chain. I'm asking cause Idunno

Humans not eating meat would not mess up the food chain. Also, it's only necessary in large, developed cultures like ours. If you live in rural Africa...go ahead and hunt to feed yourself. I'm not against the idea of eating animals but the way those animals are treated in our country and others.

Oh oh my friend Divya made me vegetarian for a week. I couldn't do vegan though. Loooooveth cheese and real milk <3
