so its twice now today that you have delighted me- the first with your nimoy quip "The fact that he isn't 50 years younger and in my pants devastates me daily." hysterical, yet omg so understandably true! and now with this fic; a look at where even if it is still rough, homophobia revealed doesn't rule the day. love how john is all john like in his exchange with his mates. and how sherlock is there for him once he got home. really sweet in so many ways.

Oh, this was so wonderful! Somehow it felt exactly right - how John and Sherlock are together, how they would be apart and with others. And this:

“I would like to state for the record that I am wildly ashamed to be seen in public with such wankers,” Mike said, glass raised.
