Vegetarian lasagna for small crockpots

Just dropping in to say that this is delicious! I've made it many times, with and without added veggies, and it's excellent. I happen to like it with fra diavalo sauce, too.

can you cook it on low for longer or do the noodles get mushy?

It says that it will keep in the "keep warm" setting (my crock doesn't have one of those) for up to two hours after it's done cooking, but it doesn't say anything about low and I haven't tried it like that.

Have you ever made this without the noodles? Like using zucchini?

I've only made it once and only with noodles. I imagine with zucchini the cooking time would be different.

Just wanted to say that I'm glad one can use oven ready noodles in the crockpot. I'm making crockpot lasagna next weekend for the first time. I'm a little excited and scared at the same time :-)
