Turkey leg soup?

So I've got a couple turkey legs in the freezer, and am looking for a recipe for turkey leg soup. Anyone have one

i just boil them with onion, carrots and celery and some poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. i strain everything and put back in the turkey taken off the bone and the carrots sliced.
i serve over egg noodles, but I don't mix them.
