cooking time for 1 frozen chicken breast

for one frozen chicken breast on high, how long should i cook it for? thanks!

I think it depends on what you cook it with, but I know that for any chicken recipe where I use frozen chicken breast, I rarely have to cook on high over three hours, and have ended up overdoing it.

If you can do it and watch towards the end that's probably best.

can you really overcook chicken in the crock though?

I don't know about her, but I definitely can overcook chicken in the crock- too long and it's so dry. Yuck.

Of course you can. Anytime something is left on the heat to long it'll overcook.

you should defrost it to avoid poisoning :)
