I've been lurking and reading, but when ooodatsnice asked for lasagna, I decided to speak up and share. This recipe comes out great, and is really easy to do. Well, I actually did try this and it was really good! Particularly with garlic bread and a nice green salad... YUM!

It was a bit overcooked and dry, though and I am still scrubbing the crock to get the stuck-on bits off. :-( Maybe spray it w/ Pam or something first next time. I guess my slow cooker requires a bit less cooking time. But I definitely will do this again!
