yes :) it's apple season here in MI, makes me want to go get some and make it (though it does sound like a lot of work) :)

I think I'm going to try that Crockpot Killer Lasagna, sounds pretty good! I'm always up for making something other than a roast in my crockpot.

I plan to try the lasagna, but since there was a cart full of discontinued pasta sauces at my store, which just merged or got consumed or something, I may go for that instead of the tomatoes and paste. I hope that won't make it too juicy.

And I bought ricotta instead of cottage cheese, and Italian sausage to blend with the turkey. Obviously I didn't quite want to make that lasagna!
