stew or soup with leftover beef roast?

Hello!
In my freezer, I have some leftover beef roast and bones from that roast, as well as some of the juices. I've seen some recipes here for stews starting with raw beef, but does anyone have any suggestions for stews (or any other crockpot-ish treatment for cooking leftover/precooked beef?
Thanks for your help!!

ok, personally, I'd do a stock - let it simmer all day with
(the more with it people here can tell you how to do it in the crock, me??? I'm home sick so I'm SO not all here) some veggies and light seasoning.

By 'some' left over, I gather you don't have enough beef to make a second meal from it.

argentyne suggestion is a solid 'go to' for leftover beef.

Other then that - I'd make fried rice - which is NOT a crock pot recipe, but hey, I've got a 102 fever, so, yea me for not suggesting you make an odd dessert?????

Haha! I'm glad you didn't suggest a dessert. Thanks to you both for your suggestions. I think I'll probably throw the bones as well as the meat into a stew (hopefully the bones will make it taste richer? I haven't really worked with homemade stocks yet). I picked up some new potatoes and some mushrooms today, so I'll see how that and some carrots and spices turns out. I might have enough meat for another meal, but my husband isn't a real meat-by-itself kind of person.
