I made it to my new apartment and I'm slowly getting moved in. I really like it, it's cool to have my own place.
Anyways, I signed up to do 50 Josh/Crazy Steve sentences at
1sentence a while back, and seeing as I don't have cable tv at the moment I decided to spend my time finishing them. Actually,
lone_wo1f promised me a fic if I finished them tonight so I took the challenge. She better write me a fic.

Warning[s]: This was kind of rushed and has tons of grammar mistakes, but it's all about fun right? I don't own the show or the characters. Comments would be awesome! :)
Ring:
Steve swallowed hard as he listened to Josh gush about the silver promise ring Drake had given him for his birthday.
Hero:
Steve questions how his boss can always make the anger cease, to that he replies, “I guess I’m your hero, just call me super Josh.”
Memory:
“This reminds me of that time I ran away from home because my dad threw a brick at me,” Steve sighed and Josh tilted his head, “that girl’s shirt was blue,” he tried to explain but Josh just smiled and continued filling orders.
Box:
Gavin asked Steve to move the popcorn boxes from the left side of the counter to the right; Steve ignored the request, knowing Josh prefers them on the left.
Run:
There is now a track worn into the lobby carpet where Steve has chased Josh every Wednesday for reasons unexplained.
Hurricane:
The whirlwind that is crazy Steve never fails to take Josh’s breath away.
Wings:
It was the fifth time Josh had to remind Steve that people do not have wings, it was also the fifth time Josh had a mini heart attack when he saw his friend step towards that ledge.
Cold:
Josh noticed Steve shivering in the corner of the break room and asked if he needed a jacket, he replied, “no, I just got off the phone with my dad, I need something to punch.”
Red:
Josh sometimes hated the way his gold attire made other co workers feel less superior, he liked it better when he was just another red vest.
Drink:
Josh had never tried Cherry Mocha Cola until the day Steve had an episode, grabbed the soda nozzle and sprayed it all over the snack station and Josh’s face; it quickly became his favorite flavor.
Midnight:
The two men finally stepped from the Premiere doors after a midnight showing of Bruno, their hands gravitated towards each other much like their feet gravitated towards Josh’s backseat.
Temptation:
The costumer asked for a large Mocha Cola, but Josh’s hand brushed right past the soda nozzle and reached for a different kind of hose.
View:
The view from the projection booth was perfect for movie watching and the private location was perfect for lip touching.
Music:
When Josh and Steve worked closing they always ended the night with a quick waltz around the lobby to slow jazz on the speakers.
Silk:
Steve loves the way his hand glides over that golden vest as he strips it from the boy’s shoulders.
Cover:
The one thing that soothes Steve’s worried mind is the feeling of Josh’s arms wrapped tightly around his broken body.
Promise:
Right before Steve loses his control he remembers the promise to his boss and swallows a large glass of warm milk.
Dream:
Steve’s eyes were shadowed with dark circles and Josh wished he could hold his friend and make the nightmares go away.
Candle:
“Happy Birthday Steve,” Josh held out a cupcake with a single candle attached, Steve screamed, “Fire!” and hid in the bathroom for the rest of his shift.
Talent:
When Josh left early to catch Drake’s talent competition, Steve spent his shift rocking out the pain into a broom handle.
Silence:
There is always a calm silence to the Premiere on Mondays and Josh constantly finds himself craving a specific kind of excitement.
Journey:
Josh explained the upcoming road trip with his brother, not noticing that it killed Steve inside to not be invited.
Fire:
Josh always makes sure Steve’s hand is locked tightly in his when the Premiere has their monthly fire drill; he will not lose him again.
Strength:
Steve marks off his calendar and squeezes his stress toy; he will have the strength to hold it all together on Josh’s birthday.
Mask:
Josh wishes the pain Steve masks with his outbursts could be washed away with a simple song.
Ice:
Josh rolled his eyes and laughed when a wet haired Drake came to him to tattle on Crazy Steve for pouring a cup of ice cold water on his head.
Fall:
Steve takes comfort in the fact that Josh will cushion even his worst falls.
Forgotten:
When the gold vest was nowhere to be found, Steve just assumed his boss had forgotten their lunch date, he didn’t know Josh had a beautiful picnic waiting for him in the break room.
Dance:
Josh pulls Steve’s hands to his hips and sways to the beat of elevator music.
Body:
Steve noticed the changes in Josh’s body over the years, but he was proud of the fact that his feelings towards the boy never altered.
Sacred:
Steve respected what Josh had with Drake, but he would never stop trying to win the boy’s love.
Farewells:
Steve called in sick on Josh’s final day at work, he didn’t know if he could let go of the only stable thing in his life.
World:
Josh knew that he was Steve’s world and that’s what made it so hard to tell him that it was all over.
Formal:
“You look great in a tux,” Steve smiled and patted Josh’s back, it was going to be an awesome night.
Fever:
Josh pulled himself out of bed and into his gold vest, despite his fever he would make it to his place of work, because someone there needed him.
Laugh:
Steve never failed to laugh at Josh’s pathetic attempts at jokes and it always boosted his self esteem, until Helen came by to set him straight.
Lies:
Josh felt bad about lying to Drake about his relationship with Steve, but his employee’s gentle soul was too hard to pass up.
Forever:
Steve’s smile lessened when he saw Josh leave the Premiere holding his brother’s hand, he knew he would never have that kind of forever with anyone.
Overwhelmed:
The snack counter had a line of almost twenty people and Steve was the only worker behind it, the line quickly dispersed after the young man started throwing popcorn confetti and singing “Jingle Bells.”
Whisper:
“Meet me in our spot,” Josh whispered and Steve was in the broom closet within seconds.
Wait:
“Would you just wait a second and I’ll explain,” Josh screamed to his brother as he stomped out of the theater, he quickly followed leaving Steve frozen in a post kiss stance.
Talk:
Steve loved to talk to Josh, even if it was only Josh doing the talking; actually he preferred it that way.
Search:
Josh heard a loud scream from the break room and left the candy counter to search for his friend, humming “she’ll be coming ‘round the mountain” as he walked.
Hope:
Steve let out a whimper and threw his tattered red vest on to the snack display, Josh quickly grabbed his handy sewing kit and flashed the defeated boy a reassuring smile.
Eclipse:
Steve knew he could never light up Josh’s eyes as much as the sight of his brother could.
Gravity:
Too close was never close enough when it came to Josh holding Steve.
Highway:
Steve cringes a little when he hears “Highway to Nowhere” blaring from Josh’s ear buds as they clean up, the floor stains will pay for this later.
Unknown:
Steve wonders if his boss knows how much he wishes he had a mini Josh to keep for emergencies, it would help him much more than that stupid stress toy.
Lock:
“Don’t forget to lock up,” Josh yelled before tossing the keys to Angela, he never trusted Steve with the job.
Breathe:
“Just breathe, Joshie’s got ya,” Josh stroked Steve’s head and rocked slowly until the red vested boy broke lose and pressed his lips firmly to his caregiver’s mouth.
