What do I have to be thankful for? There is so much in my life that I can say I am thankful for. The Founders have provided everything I will ever need. If not for them, my people would be little more than apes; forest creatures, pathetically stupid and without any sort of social graces ( Read more... )

Damar reads his response and growls in reply.

Your not the only one who is grateful to have you off of Cardassia.

How can you possibly find our architecture horrible when your not even programed with understand beauty? Hmph The only person here without any taste is you. Our art and architecture is highly renowned and respect on this side of the quadrant so perhaps you should think before you speak.

For the record we don't sweat, therefore we can't "smell". You on the other hand...

He chuckles wickedly as he remembers a certain news article.

Speaking of Founders...I'm curious to know how your 'powerful' god is going to get her sorry hide out of her recent mess with the Earth, Romulan, Klingon empires?

It would seem she is finally getting whats coming to her. I look forward to seeing the look on your face when they kill that gelationous hag.

Weyoun's expression grows cold, if anything can be colder than a Vorta's usual countenance. He spins, and glares at the Cardassian angrily, nearly losing his calm facade.

Do not speak of the Founder in such a manner, you worthless, graceless, ungrateful spoonhead!

But immediately he regains control of himself; and you would not think that he had ever lost it, so instantly calm is he.

Perhaps your appreciation of my leaving Cardassia was somewhat akin to my appreciation of you staying there, on the world that you almost single-handedly laid in ruins. While you were off drinking Kanar, attending parties and sleeping with as many women as were not repulsed by your ugliness, did you never notice that your world needed you? Did you never think that perhaps, Cardassia could have used a leader ( ... )

“Silence can sometimes be more revealing than an entire book. And the silence of an honest man is the most revealing silence of all...”

Galen - Crusade - JMS

Holy! This is so going in my memories!! I love it when your muse does things like this...It serves as an excellent reminder that no matter how great you believe yourself to be the truth will always reveal who you really are...

Damar laughs coldly to Weyoun’s sharp reaction to his taunting.

Come on now did you really think she could commit such crimes and get away with it?

His eyes grow murderous at Weyoun’s taunts as he curls a lip feeling the shame of the truth biting at his thoughts. Growling in deadly tones he replies a little too quickly to completely hide his shame and fury. You seem to forget that I did form the resistance that I did finally take a stand and fight against the oppression that your people invoked on us. I care little whether myself or my people are worthy of your creator’s presence. The Founders can all rot in the eternal abyss for all I care, in fact ( ... )

...This is making me so sad!!! Weyoun, you arsehole, why did you have to go and do that?! *cries*

That's a good quote--very excellent, especially considering the circumstances.... I'm really hating Weyoun right now. >.< He's undoing all the work that Ezri has done with Damar, plus he's giving him even more problems.... GAH! It's so hard to mun such a creep.

Weyoun does not smile, but his face remains impassive; he does not meet the Cardassian's eyes. His words are coldly clipped and enunciated, almost as if they were meted out, one by one, each tested over and over, until they finally leave his mouth.

The Founder does not commit crimes, Damar. She is a god; gods do no wrong. I pity your ignorance.

Then that ingratiating smile returns, and he is his old self once again. Of course you joined the Resistance--when it served your purpose to do so. When you had hurt your people all you could from one side, you defected to the other side so that you could continue to injure them. Only an uncanny sense of luck saved you from bringing the ( ... )

I don't think I've ever seen one of your people before. What exactly are you?

*She laughs at the reference of Cardassians being like apes*

I can't think of a better description of them myself!
