I know, right? Where does Schue get off trying to take some moral high ground, anyway? He's the one that planted pot on a student to get him to join glee club, for crying out loud. Granted, as a teacher, I do agree that Dave and Kurt shouldn't have been getting up to stuff while Dave worked at McKinley, but still.

I also totally agree with how just the whole thing was awesome.

Whoops, sorry. Totally my bad. I am up far too late during the first week of school to be making sensible comments. Sorry about that.

I am totally loving the fic, though. I think you guys - as always - have an awesome handle on the characters. I am aware it's quite AU; I just didn't consider the logistics much beyond the changes in reference to Kurt and Dave.

Love this. As you know. Just a question - I keep wondering why Dave would have been at risk of jail time seeing that Kurt was 18. Presuming that's the legal age of consent in Ohio for gay sex. I get that he could expect to lose his job, but jail time - why was that an issue?
