last weekend Sarah and I saw Slumdog Millionaire....it was really well done, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's ever wondered what life is like in a place far removed from how life is here in the US.  afterwards though...the movie left me...i dunno, unsettled.  I found it a lot easier to emathize with the protagonists than I normally do with

I'm starting to feel that way when ever I see shit about gangbangers or the inner city. I spend so much time in washington park and woodlawn that if one more person acts like they survived an adventure because they drove through the "Ghetto" when they went to the museum of science and industry from 90/94.... that's where I work and my kids live everyday. It's not a fucking novelty.
