Yeah, hockey players should try to be cute if they can, eh? Plus, he played for Ohio State, so he can hardly improve his resume from my perspective. :)

Glad you had a chance to take a break from all the moving! Hope you are moving around more easily soon. Drink water! I'm pretty sure I read somewhere a couple of weeks ago that being dehydrated intensifies fibromyalgia-related pain. I can't imagine where I would have read this, but I figure staying well-hydrated is good advice in almost all situations.

I had read that bit of theory some time ago also, and I usually try to stay hydrated anyway, just on general principles. Good thing water is still available in abundance in our part of the world.

I don't know much about fibromyalgia but generally speaking stiffness responds well to keeping moviing. Hope you are soon feeling better.

I've been trying to keep moving, but it's not easy. The divide between the kind of pain you should just push through and the kind that is telling you something is injured and you should stop isn't as easy to identify through the fibro lens, since fibro pain is such a moving target and you might feel like you just broke a bone one minute and have no pain there at all half an hour later, but feel like your skin is on fire somewhere else on your body instead.
