[The sun shines down on Westport; it is the middle of the afternoon in America's happiest town. Are you enjoying your stay? The hazmat men certainly are.
Their numbers have grown since last night: where before they were traveling in pairs or groups of three at the most, they now wander Westport in groups of 5-7. They appear to have discovered some weapons, as well- some carry pick-axes, while others heft what appear to be some sort of chemical weapons.
The birds are singing, though you can't seem to see any. It's another wonderful day in Westport.]
