On the way to work this morning I saw a man wearing black dress socks with sandals. Oh yes. Winter is officially over. Woke me up faster than a grande latte.

almostnever was generous enough to offer to write her thoughts on suggested pairings. Some really good points are raised, and she articulates just why some of my favourites continue to work

Interesting that she's got tons of LOTRips there, but nothing from the story itself. (Personally, I have no interest in LOTRips at all, though I have read a couple of fics in the past.) I also find it amusing that Lestat/Louis could be considered slash, since the characters are already paired off rather strongly in the original material.

It's hysterical to read about all the justification for this or that pairing. I especially enjoyed the bit about Casey and Zeke, as I've become rather a Casey/Zeke addict. Nice to see it justified! ;)
