No, they were on this side of the Mississippi...Colorado or something like that..Wyoming? Eh, I remember it was a day and a half drive from the Bay Area.

Isn't that the problem with pretty much all religion? "My made-up wacky beliefs are so much more real than your made-up wacky beliefs. My interpretation of these unprovable things is the only true possibility."

No, I'm commenting on religion and leaders thereof. This person sounds like they wanted to be a religious leader. Personal beliefs are all well and good, but trying to instill ones interpretations of those beliefs on others gets silly.

Okay, there I can agree. I mean, if a person has NO IDEA it's cool to share your experience with them, but that's a far cry from "The One True Path" especially with something so personal as Therianthropy.

I actually had to read the comments to be sure because I thought you were talking about someone else. The fact that there was a question really says something about the attitude of some people though, apparently its that common.
