[The feed turns on, and there is the same tan Japanese teen that broad-casted little over a week ago. He meant to do this sooner, but with the sudden trouble that occurred this was put off. Even to this day he was still buzzing about the events, it didn't sit right with him.]

Ahh. That sort of thing seems random at first, but after spending some time, it seems people arrive once a week... Monday morning, or Sunday night. Ah, but they can vanish at any time.

I suppose the exception has been during exceptionally dangerous times...

The ones known as scientists are those who bring us here and leave food in the shops. They also occasionally gift us items, but... They are generally mysterious. I am not sure why they are kind only at certain moments.

If you request something over the communicator, Knowlton-san has been known to occasionally reply. Generally, though, they simply leave the item or do not...

They will ask if they require help, but that is about it.

Requests for help, did you mean? Recently, a group of creatures that are visible only by those unchipped became an issue. They asked us to set up a border of towers, and it currently keeps those creatures out of the city.
