Aw, your poor fingers! You need one of those newfangled gadgets where you can do it on other bodyparts, I've seen them on TV. My new doctor, being the thoroughly thorough kind, wants to do diabetes testing on me, and a whole bunch of other tests considering I haven't been to a doctor (other than the ortho guys that took care of my broken bones and the doc that gives me sinus meds) in 30 years (she hasn't convinced me yet though :). Is your darn flu getting better now? That's something you really didn't need!

I might just keep Joy, but maybe hyphenate it to Priscilla.

Well......... I had thought about asking his input for a name suggestion, but whenever I'd want to talk it'd completely slip my mind or he was in the middle of writing PER's (Personnel Evaluation Reports) making not such a great time to bug him.

sorry about the fingers, can you get one of those kits where you can test elsewhere?

There probably are, but those types of meters have to be specially requested and I'm not sure if the types available are covered by my insurance. I'll have to look into that.
