Out running a few errands this afternoon *no biggie* but something rather unnerving has been going on. One of my neighbour's (who lives across the street) is starting to get on my nerves, not to mention making Mum nervous. Oddness. I am sure I have a good reason he is doing what he is doing, but I will have to think on it.

Very odd. Like one person I know said he could just being neighbourly. But if that's what he's doing, why doesn't he come over and say that he's doing that instead of acting creepy
