Floor IX

The floor that Cid's on is.... pretty impressive, really. Stone, vaulted ceilings. Kinda gothic. Looks not dissimilar to the church back in Traverse, honestly.
And there's a rambling, shambling zombie hoard, right in the middle of it.

Cid grins, and jumps.

There was a tired redhead tucked up in one of the highest windows. She blinked, grinned, and waved as Cid popped up into her view.

...!! Red in the corner of his vision as he goes up, up and -

down, slamming a spear into the head of a zombie.

Well, that was one way to handle zombies! She shifted a bit to dangle her feet, it was easier to lean on her elbows and watch him waaaay down there that way.

Cid's a dragoon! :D Jumping's their special skill!
Not that that means he doesn't slash and hack in a more traditional manner, or use a bit of fire magic here or there... but there's a lot of jumping.
He keeps an eye on the redhead, though. Just in case.
