Vally Forge is starting to feel a bit like the ice-covered dacha in Dr. Zhivago. This is the view from my bedroom window:

If those icicles are hanging from the your eves, someone is suffering heat loss through the roof or doesn't have enough ventilation in the attic.

It changed from snow to rain quickly today. Driveway was cleared out by our collective service, and better-half cleaned off other stuff. It's now all ice on the top. Got those clip on cleat things ready for tomorrow. Not looking forward to it.
