I took a glance at your journal after you made a post over at I_hate_Twilight, (sometimes I just like to see what layouts people have), but I was really digging your writing style and opinions so I kind of sort of read most of your public entries.
At the risk of making you feel awkward for having done that, we have some very similar opinions: about TV, the Twilight movie being kind of entertaining for the reasons you mentioned, Elizabeth having a WAYYY inappropriate role in the other Pirate movies, and liking curiousinsane...
I don't know, I'd kind of like to add you just to keep up with your thoughts. Or maybe chat? I'll see where this message goes first. ;)
I don't mind adding you off the bat, but that's cool if you'd like to chat first. I do have to warn you, however, that some of my most recent posts have been kinda bitchy and moan-y, but I don't intend to have many more of those (I've been going through somewhat of a personal life rut, but I seem to be coming out of it now for various reasons). I do think some of my earlier posts, the ones you're seeing here, are a lot more interesting and I'm hoping to make some more of this caliber rather than just personal life rants.
Its funny that you remarked on the Elizabeth post, as I've been going through a POTC phase and I've been giving a lot of thought to how shitty some of the characters' developments were (particularly her's). While I love meeting people who share my interests, I much prefer those who can also share some of my big "dislikes". It makes me feel a bit more comfortable ranting about inane things, like I do in the posts you can currently see.
I don't mind adding you now either, I'm just the chatting type. I can't blame you at all for having some moaning in your journal though - mine has had quite some this past week...
I much prefer those who can also share some of my big "dislikes". Ditto; raving over something together is great, but it's awkward when you also feel like complaining and the other wonders why... I can't help it, my interest is thorough! POTC isn't something I've explored community-wise though, as long as I've loved the trilogy. It'd be interesting to discuss.

So, tl;dr, I'd love to be friends. =D
