Maybe it's my dirty mind but that last exchange between the two of them kind of seems like Iker is promising a different kind of pony ride for later. I really like the beginning and I especially love AUs because really anything can happen and nothing is expected. You have a great start and I can't wait to see where this goes.

It's so nice to hear someone who is biased toward AU, instead of against. I love them particularly, too. Canon is just so hard! And there is only so much that can realistically happen in hotel rooms on international duty.

Though never a big fan of AU, I must admit, your stories have something about them that I just cannot ignore. Love the background you are creating, all those little details. They give a better idea about the characters and help them to develop and flourish.
Love how Iker and Cesc seem to find something in common from the very beginning. Can‘t wait to see them getting to know each other better.

(god, how unai must worship iker.)

i know i've already said it, but something about iker patting his chest pocket just. oh jesus.

He pulls it open and the same green paint throws a verdant gloss into the entryway.
i lovelovelove this visual.

the interaction at the door ohmygodlaksdfjajsfd it's so unlike initial interactions between characters, especially unexpected ones. i love it.

oh god iker's grin. oh. god.

you may not believe me, but i basically love this. a lot. and i'm envious of the way you write but you knew that already.
