Wow, 8 pounds in a week! And you want to lose 12 more? You'll be skin and bones. I find a more satisfactory diet to cut out everything BUT sugar, white flour and starches. ;)
Hehe, I could stand to lose some; 12 more pounds will put me about where I was sophomore year of college when I ate healthier than I do now. Thankfully South Beach is one of those diets where when you're hungry you eat something, so it hasn't been a big hassle at all.
