Lovely last line.
One of the good things about the last episode was the way Robbie accepted and respected James' decision.

Oh, yes - though I think he knew it was coming. Just as he's been talking about retirement on and off, and then one day he realised he was serious about it, he knew that leaving was in James's mind, even if he was trying to talk James into promotion. He knows and cares about James enough to respect his decision and to want what's best for him. That was perfect.
