I love these glimpses into TAGD!Jack, showing where he came from and how he turned into the guy we met in the founding story. Why his life took such a turn. This is a great character glimpse, and also sad and tense, as we all know how this will turn out.

I really enjoyed this glimpse into TAGD Jack's earlier life. The contrast between Jack's pride at finally having made the decision to leave the agency and the ominous foreshadowing worked well. Hooray for the Doctor making an effort to respect Jack's choices.

I love how different these two and their dynamic is from the canon versions, and how much they're still both themselves. :)
