I love the story of Anastasia and even though history proved her dead I do like the idea that she lived and became so much more.

You know, it really is nerve-wracking to write a story for someone else and to their specification: you never know until they read it whether it's going to be what they were hoping for. I knew you'd like Anastasia to have lived somehow, and so that's what I set out to achieve. (And, yes, the Doctor taking Anastasia and leaving the copy behind was the 'solution' to the plot: that way Anastasia could stay alive. Otherwise, the woman he and Rose met in Switzerland would cease to exist - that timeline would be gone).
And I'm definitely grateful to dark_aegis: she's the one who gave me the idea for the Cruinniu - whose name, actually, is Irish and comes from the term for gathering.

I like OT3 as well as Doctor/Rose or Doctor/Jack so I have plenty to go on with and ppl keep recommending new authors to me so I think I shall be here forever :-)
