d'Awwwwww *is fluffed*

Further proof that there is in fact a D/R fic-writer hive mind: this is like the fifth (only slight exaggeration) fic I've read today in which either the Doctor or Rose says, "Brr." And each and every time it is adorable.

Well done!

Thank you! I know I don't often write Ten/Rose these days, so it's reassuring to know that I can still do it on occasion :)

I hadn't noticed any 'cold' fics, but oddly enough I refreshed T&C not long after reading your post and there, right on the front page, was one called Brr! Must be the sudden drop in temperatures over the weekend...

You threw me a bit when you mentioned White-headed Woodpeckers. I was all like "Aren't those only found in parts of North America?" And then you mentioned bits about the alternate universe having slightly different climates and I was like "Oh....DUH *smacks forehead*" XD That's the wildlife major in me peeping out for a bit...

Cute ficlet! =D

“Oh, yes.” His smile slowly widens, and he catches her hand again. “Run!”

And it all circles 'round and starts again. Despite the cold, it's very warm and fuzzy.

Thank you! Warm and fuzzy is good for cold days, or at least so I hope :)
