So, my daughter has a friend from the school she went to for Kindergarten (before we moved). This friend spends the night (or the weekend) once or twice a month, especially in the warmer months (well, mostly spring I guess. She spends most of the summer at her father's house a few towns over). In fact, she spent the night last night. :)

Better to be overcautious than worry while you are there.. Maybe call and let them know?

ya I would call and let them know and probably stay home...though I suppose the time for decisions has past ^.^
