I was unplaced too in the one ALEC contest I entered with "The Shadow of the Past." I might enter again one day if I feel inspired but I find contests that you have to write a story especially for rather stressful unlike MEFA and your contest.

Most of my Teitho entries have been ideas I already had or unpublished stories lurking on my hard drive!

Blogger has a fixed template and no way of messing with the titles, but I can change the colour scheme. I took at peek at the polls - you're doing very well!

We need more votes, though - I've only had seven so far - but eleven people have entered. I'm going to chivvy them to see if I can get more.
