Rampaging apostrophes

From an NVQ External Verifier's report.  From the context it's talking about a range of assessors, not a range of assessors' locations, so not a single one of the apostrophes is correct.  Nobody but me cares.  [sniffle]

Visit consisted of verifying 22 out of 91 portfolios' for RPVD L2 and PCVD L2 covering range of assessors', IVs' and workplace
