The last of 2006's books

Well, I didn't hit my goal for the year, which was 120. Then again, when I made that goal, I hadn't decided to go back to school. Last year I read 109 books, so considering I was one short of last year while managing to take eight hours at a community college this fall, that satisfies me for meeting a challenge. I'm not sure what to aim for this

have you read any books on shackleton's expedition? if you like antarctic stories, that one can't be beat...

I listened to one on CD. I think all those explorers were insane... I've got a list of others to read whenever I can track them down at the library. Including one about the cat on the Shackleton expedition. I *must* find that one.
