OK, the two obvious ones are Alastair Cook and Alan Lamb. Presumably nicknames don't count, so Beefy Botham is out.

Swans are edible, so there's another: Graeme Swann.

Dominic Cork (as in wine?). Mark Butcher (but not, I think, his father).

Does Bob Berry count? He went on a tour Down Under, but I don't think he ever played in a Test.
